IBEN Energy and KKI Form Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Clean Energy Infrastructure Across Europe
April 2025 – Frankfurt, Germany — In a move set to strengthen Europe’s clean energy transition, KKI, a private capital and investment group headquartered in Frankfurt, and IBEN Energy, a Netherlands-based company specialized in advanced battery automation, project origination, and system design, have officially announced a strategic partnership.
The alliance combines KKI’s investment depth and project financing expertise with IBEN Energy’s advanced technological capabilities in large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) and turnkey energy infrastructure design. Together, the two companies aim to develop and deliver fully integrated, ready-to-build clean energy assets, focusing on battery projects of 10 MWh and above across the Netherlands and broader Europe.
